Hey everyone!

I’m getting super excited about my upcoming 20 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher training. We’re going to learn all kinds of cool stuff, like the Art and Science of Sequencing Vinyasa Yoga, how to tell a story with every class you teach, how to use the chakras and the four elements to develop your class structure and how to create your unique voice as a teacher. We will also learn the all-important tools for creating a really good yoga playlist!

There are lots of different ways of approaching Flow or Power yoga: I get to share with you my perspective as an ex-Literature student, and I believe the best yoga teachers are really good storytellers. And good storytellers get really good at winging it.

This course is designed for teachers who want to learn more about Vinyasa yoga and develop their teaching skills from a unique perspective, but anyone interested is more than welcome.
